Returns & Refunds

At The Costume Land, we offer fast and hassle free returns on virtually all of our products (except those highlighted below). Please note that refund is made for the cost of the merchandise only and does not include any Postage/Shipping charges. It is your responsibility to return items to us, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

Items must be returned unused and in suitable condition for resale along with all the original packaging within 7 days of delivery (except Halloween Orders). Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer returns/refunds on any items that have been used, altered or returned without the original packaging. Before sending the parcel, please make sure you include all the items and packaging.

Certain items such as Make-up, teeth, underwear, socks, tights, stockings, contact lens, eyelashes, fake nails and wigs must be returned unopened. Due to hygiene reasons, these items CANNOT be returned once removed from the original packaging.

We regret we are unable to accept returns on any SALE/Clearance items.

Please take extra care of all items to ensure they remain in the same condition as despatched, unless you have decided to keep them. Failure to do so will automatically waive your right for a refund.

If any items are returned in used / marked condition, we will return them to you without processing a refund or exchange and an Outbound Delivery charge may apply.

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 21 days for the money to appear back on your account.
